Return & Exchange Policy

FOR URBAN CYCLING APPAREL, OZARK CYCLING APPAREL, AND KONA TRI APPAREL

Urban Cycling will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 30 days from the receipt of original order. Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost. Items must be returned with all Urban Cycling tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you must return the original item and purchase the new item separately.

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 3 business days.

Contact sales@urbancycling.com for return directions.  These products are offered via our marketplace from 3rd party sellers.  Each have different return addresses and processing times.

FOR ALL PRINT-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS, INCLUDING T-SHIRTS, HATS, MUGS, AND CANVAS PRINTS

There are no refunds for print to order items.  We make these custom for you, as you ordered them.  Unless it arrived damaged, there are no refunds.
