Because I have gained some weight, I ordered an XL pair of bike shorts. The liner, however, is smaller than the one that came with my earlier pair of size L. And the shorts are a little heavier than I like. However, they did well (with different liner) on a 70 mile bike-camping trip in Canada a couple of weeks ago.
