When will my order be sent out?

After confirming your order, we aim to ship it by the end of the following business day! During sales or over holiday weekends, shipping may take a few extra business days.

 

How long does shipping take in the US?

Online orders are shipped from our Missouri warehouse via USPS or UPS every business day (Monday – Friday). Delivery dates are based on the delivery service you selected.

  • Placed orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. 
  • Orders are shipped via USPS in most cases, but in some cases via UPS.
  • All print-to-order products, including t-shirts, hats, mugs, and canvas prints are custom-made, and will ship separately from the rest of your order.

 

How do I change my shipping address on my recent order?

Orders are shipped as fast as possible - usually within 1 business day from the order confirmation! If you have entered shipping information incorrectly please contact us via sales@urbancycling.com. Include your order number and the necessary address correction. Any address changes to your order must be done prior to the order leaving our warehouse. We are unable to change the address once the order has been handed off to the shipper. After this time, you'll need to work with the shipper to make any changes.

 

How much will shipping cost to my address (US)?

Currently, free shipping is offered on orders over $109. For all other orders, the rate provided is based on your shipping destination and product weight, and is then estimated by the carrier thereafter. 

 *Please note that priority shipping is not the same as two-day express and therefore we do not offer a guaranteed 2-day express service.*
