    just right

I'm glad I purchased these shorts. They are comfortable, durable, useful (because pockets), easy to wash (because two pieces).I've also received compliments when wearing them because they look cool.

    Avid 23 year commuter

I’ve ordered the men’s commuter pants (not offered in women’s ) and the women’s grinder shorts. I’m a SERIOUS commuter putting just under 5000 miles a year on my bike. I know bike clothes and I know body heat buildup, rain (wetter inside your cloths than outside), sun exposure, you name it. I’m also 53 years old and still peddling strong - just not quite AS strong. These are WOMENS shorts . They are quite small in the waist, which rides very high (very bad but common bike clothes error) and very roomy in the seat and thigh (THANK GOODNESS). In essence, they are GIRL shorts with good leg coverage against the harsh sun ☀️. I will order more but I really hate high waists in the front. THINK IT THROUGH DESIGNERS - PLEASE!!! A biker ‍♀️ is all hunched over. We NEED a very low front and a nice high back. We need a very soft, flexible, elastic waist that doesn’t bind and, as IS designed in these shorts, lots of elastic so that they don’t gape open at the stern while pinching your tummy.

    Not built for me

These bike shorts are nice, but women come in all shapes and sizes. My shape happens to be boyish, as in my hips and waist are pretty much a straight line. And my size is petite, I'm short. So these shorts don't fit me. Too tight in the waist, baggy in the butt, and too long. Also the padded undershorts tend to pinch my sensitive areas. So...a total fail for me.

Love the shorts but not the liner

The shorts are sturdy and fit well and are comfortable to use. I would not purchase the liner again as it rides up. I prefer a liner that extends further down on my thighs.
