When will my order be sent out?
After confirming your order, we aim to ship it by the end of the following business day! During sales or over holiday weekends, shipping may take a few extra business days.
The checkout page online shows when we expect the ordered product(s) to ship. Please note products are delivered from our fulfillment center through multiple carriers beginning on the next scheduled pick-up date for each carrier.
How long does shipping take in the US?
Online orders are shipped from our Missouri warehouse via USPS or UPS every business day (Monday – Friday). Delivery dates are based on the delivery service you selected.

Placed orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Orders are shipped via USPS in most cases, but in some cases via UPS.

All print-to-order products, including t-shirts, hats, mugs, and canvas prints are custom-made, and will ship separately from the rest of your order.

We do provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee any order to arrive by a specific time.

Please note that priority shipping is not the same as two-day express and therefore we do not offer a guaranteed 2-day express service.
How do I change my shipping address on my recent order?
Orders are shipped as fast as possible - usually within 1 business day from the order confirmation! If you have entered shipping information incorrectly please contact us via sales@urbancycling.com. Include your order number and the necessary address correction.
Any address changes to your order must be done prior to the order leaving our warehouse. We are unable to change the address once the order has been handed off to the shipper. After this time, you'll need to work with the shipper to make any changes.
Please ship all items to a permanent address to ensure successful delivery.
How much will shipping cost to my address (US)?
Currently, free shipping is offered on orders over $109. For all other orders, the rate provided is based on your shipping destination and product weight, and is then estimated by the carrier thereafter.
Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service team is available (exceptions include holiday closings) Monday- Friday 9 am – 5 pm CST). If you submit an inquiry over the weekend, our customer service team will contact you the following business day.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Can I combine multiple orders?
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.
Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?
We can ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.

The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO".

The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP".

The country must be the United States.

You must enter your Zip code.

Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.

Please note orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.
