Grocery Pannier that clips onto a rack with 10mm to 17mm tubing. Has rain fly to keep water out and contents in! Folds flat when not in use and has tricky handle system. Uses 2 structure braces on the inside of bag when in use to keep the pannier sturdy while riding. 2 D-rings on each side of the pannier to attach a shoulder strap!
