These are nice shorts. I liked the materials and it has a pretty good pad. But, while most of my XL shorts and bibs fit well, these are tight and wearing them will have to wait for me to hit my summer race weight (of 177# @ 6'2"), and not my present 188.
When your a plus size guy, the legs don't stay down and the tops don't stay up. Once I finally got squoze into these bibs, it was more comfortable than I expected. The top definitely stays up, and the legs do a fair job of staying down. I wear these under a pair of Mountain Bike Shorts, where the sub shorts are separate, it works surprisingly well!
I've been using these for 6 months now and I'm happy with the materials and build quality. Didn't think having pockets would be very useful but they have been handy when using a jersey without pockets. The fit is slightly on the small side compared to another pair of shorts I purchased at the same time. The material at the bottom of the legs does not stretch/compress the same as the rest of the short leading to a looser fit even with these running on the small side.
Very satisfactory. the item came quickly and was exactly what I was looking for. thank you.
When cycling, you want to be as light as you want but often times, that cannot be the case. You may be going on a long ride and have tons of essentials that you MUST carry. Having four pockets on my bib shorts was the BEST!!! I was able to store smaller items within the side pockets and drinks in the two back pockets. And lets not mention price and value!!! These joints are OFFICIAL and costs SUBSTANTIALLY less than those high end brands that DO NOT even have pockets. You do the math, but I know where my money is goin’. By the way, I am not sponsored by UCA, but they should consider it…. LOL.
